What happened to the median home valuation in Glen Cairn during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Glen Cairn rose by $37,670 while total valuation increased by 88.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 32 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $168,147 - a 28.9 percent increase over the $130,477 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Glen Cairn in the first half of 2021.
