Valuation for the median home in Highland Village increased during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Highland Village rose by $5,166 while total valuation increased by 66.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 15 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $166,180 - a 3.2 percent increase over the $161,014 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Highland Village in the first half of 2021.
