How did home valuations perform in Concord Colony during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Concord Colony rose by $20,189 while total valuation increased by 120 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 11 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $163,000 - a 14.1 percent increase over the $142,811 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Concord Colony in the first half of 2021.
