Rising home valuations in Cypress Meadow in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cypress Meadow rose by $35,410 while total valuation increased by 112.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 17 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $160,570 - a 28.3 percent increase over the $125,160 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cypress Meadow in the first half of 2021.
