Home valuations increased in Glencairn Park during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Glencairn Park rose by $26,315 while total valuation remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median home valuation of $146,833 - a 21.8 percent increase over the $120,518 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Glencairn Park in the first half of 2021, as well.
