“The U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on Fischer v. United States is a victory for the rule of law and a major blow to Joe Biden’s weaponized Department of Justice (DOJ),” said Congressman Nehls. “SCOTUS’s ruling reasserts that Congress, not rogue prosecutors, write our nation’s laws.”
