Congressman Troy E. Nehls of Texas has issued a statement following the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States. In his remarks, Nehls expressed optimism about the future under Trump's leadership.
“Today marks the beginning of America’s Golden Age,” said Congressman Nehls. He described Trump as "the greatest President of my lifetime" and outlined expectations for his presidency, including securing national borders, reducing inflation, boosting American energy production, and strengthening the country's global position.
Nehls also emphasized his commitment to representing Texas's 22nd Congressional District and collaborating with fellow House Republicans to promote policies aligned with Trump's agenda. “I’m honored to represent the 22nd Congressional District of Texas in Congress," he stated. "I look forward to working with my House Republican colleagues to advance America First policies for President Trump to sign into law.”
