There are few forms that are normally distributed on the first day of school that we need parents to complete. While all the forms are important, I want to specifically draw your attention to the Socioeconomic Information Form as this impacts the amount of Title 1 funds we receive, which affects our school budget in a large way. It is very important that these forms be completed as soon as possible so that we may maximize our overall school funding.
You have two options to complete and submit the Socioeconomic Information Form.
- You may download the form, complete it, Save and then email form to Ms. Payne epayne@houstonisd.org
- Login to HISD Connect Parent Portal (It can be found on our website on the left-hand side under Helpful Links). Once inside the parent portal you will see on the left-hand side a link to FORMS.
