SPRING BRANCH DISTRICT: Harris County Small Business Recovery Fund

Money

Spring Branch District issued the following announcement on July 13.

The livelihoods of working families in Harris County depend on small businesses in our area keeping their doors open. The Harris County Small Business Recovery Fund is offering eligible businesses up to $25,000 to support their ongoing operations. This is NOT a loan program, and does not have to be repaid.

The fund will be open for 10 business days BEGINNING on July 13, 2020 at 8am and will CLOSE July 24, 2020 at 3:30pm.  Applications can be submitted at any time during the 10-day application period online at www.harriscounty-sbrfund.org or business owners can call (713) 845-2476 for additional information.  Telephone operators will be available to assist applicants any time during the application window.

Finally, we understand that the need in our area is great. However, funds are limited. Not everyone who applies will receive help through this fund. All eligible applications will be entered into a database, then the small businesses that we be awarded will be randomly selected by a computer.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
